| Biology |
| Aleurodothrips fasciapennis are predators of all kind of hard-scales. They eat their eggs, the smaller scales and also adults. They can kill 80-1000 scales. Their lifespan is about 4-5 weeks. They prefer humid conditions. Females lay 20-40 eggs. Developmental time is 3-4 weeks. |
| Use |
| AST-predator thrips can be used against all kinds of hard-scales. They are packed in cups (8 spec.) wich can be hanged near the scales. Humidity has to be > 60%. Temperature: 20- 32 °C. |
